Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Any item purchased online is eligible for exchange either online or at any Kayseria store within 7 days of delivery, provided you have valid proof of purchase.
Note: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Acceptable forms of proof include:
- A physical or digital purchase receipt
- The order confirmation email
Conditions for Exchange
Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for exchange:
- Unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be intact
- Original packaging must be included
- Original invoice must be presented
If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size, please share evidence (photos or video) with our team.

Online exchanges are usually processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
In-store exchanges require the original invoice and intact tags.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products delivered
- Manufacturing defects

We will neither refund or exchange sales items with discounts.
