Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

• A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch.
• An order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
• A return request has been approved.

Refunds Processing Time:

• Bank Transfer/Card Payments: 7–14 Business Days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
